Morning Dew’s owner, Nesta Malan, has got 25 years experience in all different ways of catering.
She started in a small take away and worked from there as a Food Service Manager in Private Hospitals nl. Medforum Hospital as well as Muelmed Hospital, she was also a Assistant Manager at an A La Cart Restaurant for Telkom, a Project Manager for catering contracts at nine SANDF Messes, Medi Clinic, Tshwane University of Technology, Wits University, Nedbank Staff restaurants and RMB personnel canteens.
The catering services Morning Dew provides are a total different range of services than the normal contract catering company would do. You get just the basic contract catering, where Morning Dew put a proposal in for an open tender or where Morning Dew see a need for a catering service at a client and then put a catering proposal in for a service. This catering services consist of the normal three meal service per day for living in workers or a canteen service where you provide a breakfast and a choice of a meal of the day for lunch as well as a call order bar, salad bar and resale items.
